Covid-19 policy

A COVID-19 screening questionnaire must be filled out and completed.

Please wear a face mask when entering.

Clients with any symptoms will be sent home immediately.

All clients will be required to sanitize their hands and have their temperature checked.

Only clients with appointments are allowed, no companions allowed.

Proper social distancing will be enforced

Sterilization Protocol

Infection Control and Standard precautions protect clients and staff. As part of our policy, Shimmer Smile Hawaii LLC follow procedures recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)

Terms and conditions

Must be 18 years or older for teeth whitening and tooth jewelry procedure.

We do not take walk-in appointments. You must have an appointment to be seen.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time for intake forms.

There will be a non-refundable $26 deposit fee for both teeth whitening and tooth jewelry services. Deposit will be applied towards service and the remaining balance will be collected the day of service. Appointments will be approved after receiving deposit. No deposit, no appointment.

Once a service is completed, it is final. No refunds will be issued once services are rendered. Your payment goes towards your reserved time, supplies and products used during your appointment. NO REFUNDS will be issued under any circumstances.

We do not work on teeth that have significant periodontal disease, root exposure, broken restorations, unfilled cavities and chipped teeth.

We do not work on veneers, porcelain crowns, inlays, onlays, dentures and/or gold, amalgam or composite restorations. Whitening gel has no effect on these materials and bonding agents do not adhere properly.

If you are pregnant, you must obtain and present a written approval or permission from your doctor before trying the whitening procedure.

Tooth Jewelry

Shimmer Smile Hawaii LLC is not responsible for replacing or substituting any products, including any crystal or white and yellow gold gem if it falls off after 7 days. Due to gold gems being pre-ordered items and being limited in stock, if your gold gem falls off within the 7 day warranty period, you have the option of pre-ordering another gold gem (at client's expense) or have it replaced with a Swarovski crystal at no charge.

If you are unhappy with your service and notify my within 3 days of your appointment, a complimentary removal may be scheduled. After 3 days, additional charges will be applied. As stated before, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

We do not touch or remove gems applied by someone else.

Cancellation Policy

24 hour advanced notice is required if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment. We understand that extreme, unavoidable emergencies or circumstances do arise which may require you to cancel your appointment. Individual circumstances will be taken into consideration. There is a $25.00 fee when cancelling on the same day as scheduled appointment.

Habitual missed/cancelled/rescheduled appointments may result in a client being required to pay the full amount (non-refundable) prior to scheduling an appointment. We also reserve the right to not be available to provide services based on this circumstance.

Tardy/Late Policy: 15 minute "grace period" allowed. If you are past the 15 minute "grace period" your appointment will be considered as a No Show and result in your appointment being canceled. If you wish to keep your appointment after arriving late, that time will be deducted from your scheduled appointment.

No Show/ No Call appointments will forfeit the non-refundable deposit fee of $26 and will not be applied to future services.
